Yoshitaka Isaji

Yoshitaka ISAJI

Founder

Devoting his life to exploring uncharted underwater realms, he has conducted a wide range of pioneering expeditions, including underwater caves, deep wrecks, and flooded mines.

He also actively participates in international projects, building a global network within the diving community.

Today, alongside his ongoing underwater explorations, he also teach technical diving, sharing real-world field experience that can only be gained through real explorations.

Hirokazu MORI

Hirokazu MORI

Cave Diver

Hirokazu MORI is a professional diver specializing in wreck diving, and has been active as an instructor—including as a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer—for more than a decade.

Since 2010, he has conducted technical wreck dives professionally in the Republic of Malta, building extensive experience in complex, demanding underwater environments. After a hiatus of over 10 years, he returned to diving in 2024, training under Yoshitaka Isaji. He has since begun sidemount technical diving and formally started cave diving, expanding his capabilities into more confined and exploration-oriented settings.

Beyond diving, Mori’s primary career is in the space industry, where he manages and consults for space-related companies in Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom. With an eye toward the future—where lunar exploration may involve operation in lunar horizontal caves—he is exploring how his expertise in confined environments, particularly underwater caves, can contribute to human spaceflight. He is especially interested in the parallels between closed-circuit rebreathers (CCRs) and spacesuit life-support systems, and how lessons learned underwater may help shape safer exploration beyond Earth.

Atsushi Hayashida

Atsushi HAYASHIDA

Dry Caver / Cave Diver

Atsushi Hayashida is a Japanese explorer specializing in advanced cave and underwater exploration.

He serves as Vice President of the Pioneer Caving Club and Chair of the Cave Rescue Committee of the Speleological Society of Japan.

He has deep expertise in SRT (Single Rope Technique), expedition planning, technical rigging, and high-precision 3D cave surveying for scientific documentation and long-term conservation.

He actively collaborates with researchers to generate reliable field data for academic studies. As a certified Full Cave Diver, he conducts safe exploration of submerged cave systems, integrating exploration, safety engineering, and high-quality spatial data creation.

Yudai UCHIDA

Yudai UCHIDA

Video grapher / Cave Diver

Yudai UCHIDA is a professional underwater photographer and videographer whose work is rooted in marine environmental conservation. With 15 years of experience as a PADI Master Instructor, he brings a strong foundation in safety, discipline, and team diving to every expedition.

As a cave diver, Yudai focuses on capturing and preserving visual records of protected cave environments—documenting their untouched beauty with the care and precision these fragile places demand.

He is especially driven to explore and film cave systems in Japan that have never been documented on video, using imagery as a bridge between exploration, conservation, and powerful storytelling for future generations.
