Devoting his life to exploring uncharted underwater realms, he has conducted a wide range of pioneering expeditions, including underwater caves, deep wrecks, and flooded mines.
He also actively participates in international projects, building a global network within the diving community.
Today, alongside his ongoing underwater explorations, he also teach technical diving, sharing real-world field experience that can only be gained through real explorations.
Atsushi Hayashida is a Japanese explorer specializing in advanced cave and underwater exploration.
He serves as Vice President of the Pioneer Caving Club and Chair of the Cave Rescue Committee of the Speleological Society of Japan.
He has deep expertise in SRT (Single Rope Technique), expedition planning, technical rigging, and high-precision 3D cave surveying for scientific documentation and long-term conservation.
He actively collaborates with researchers to generate reliable field data for academic studies. As a certified Full Cave Diver, he conducts safe exploration of submerged cave systems, integrating exploration, safety engineering, and high-quality spatial data creation.
Victor Hsuwei is a technical diving instructor trainer from Taiwan and a valued member of JKUEP.
He is specialized in CCR, as well as a Cave Instructor qualified to teach the full range of cave diving courses. Based on extensive experience in Mexico, Victor has been involved in numerous cave exploration projects, bringing both high-level instructional expertise and real-world expedition skills to the field.
